Alcohol & antibiotic: If you are on antibiotics for an infection, that means your body needs help. Alcohol is actually a toxin- although we are not used to thinking of it that way. So I don't think it's a good idea really to be drinking when on antibiotics for something. That said, there aren't any major drug interactions to worry about.
