No. U have not.: 1st b sure ur seeing a doc who will treat u effectively. Then there is a lot u can do 2 prevent the cardiovascular problems that may occur w/ untreated HTN. Eat properly, not 2 much salt. Normal weight. Regular exercise. Be sure u don't have sleep apnea.All this will delay or even prevent cardiovascular complications.
