Anxiety Disorder: You are a 20 yo female with ADD, anxiety and hypochondria who is on meds for anxiety, depression and muscle pain/spasm You've already managed to get a cervical spine MRI for your symptoms which probably included brain as well. I dont see how your doctor would have missed a "brain tumor". You may need to consult with your mental health provider about adjusting meds (the aspirin can cause tinnitus). ...Read more

I think I have palinopsia and scared to death it means a brain tumor. I'm seeing a neurologist on monday but i'm paralyzed with fear. I need a scan!

Not so simple: Neither you nor your doctors can diagnose brain tumor so easily. I actually do not even know the meaning of this word...Palinopsia. So just calm down. Unless you have a serious neurological symptom like a seizure or loss of neuro function like paralysis, you can not be too concerned about having a brian tumor.
