Depends: depends on what type of injury , how much force , did you go to er for chest xray or are you having point only [pain with touching [not the heart] if pressure and short of breath , sweaty , pain radiates down arm ; ekg and or echocardiogram in order , depends on your age risk , after 40 worse than 20 . contusion, take naproxyn/acetaminophen as directed. if worse call 911 or get ride to er ...Read more
