Tricky: Since I cannot see what you are describing. Typically a circle that is spreding outward is ERYTHEMA ANNULARE and a sign of LYME not spider bites. But that is a LARGE circle. A small red area can be a bbite. Reculse bites are most notable for causing death of tissue of up to an inch around the bite often with infection too.
