Std: Yes. If you both had open cuts in your mouth, blood born viruses such as hiv and hepatitis c could be transferred. Unlikely but possible. HSV : The only one i can think of that you can possibly get from kissing is hsv (herpes) - which cold sores. And that only happens if there active ulcers (not always visible).
