If it is only on the: surface of your hands or hand that you put the cream on, then it is possible you have an allergic reaction. If you put cream on both hands and only have these lesions on 1 hand, it is then unlikely you would have reaction only on 1 hand. Consider other substances or plant poisons (poison ivy etc.) or parasites that could potentially cause these lesions. I would recommend you see a physician. ...Read more

1. Don't over wash hands
2. Avoid all hand sanitizers
3. Avoid all hand lotions
4. Use gloves when washing dishes/cleaning
5. Lubricate hands daily with the thickest ointment you can tolerate (vaseline is best)
6. Several nights per week coat your hands with ointment and wear cotton gloves overnight.
