I'm allergic to artificial tears and now my eyelids are red and swollen and feel heavy and my eyes are blurry how can I cure it ?

Change tears: There are many brands of artificial tears and a good first step is to try an alternate brand. Allergy to artificial tears is extraordinarily rare. Steroids are a later use drop when others fail. ...Read more

Hard to say: without an exam, but given you history of "allergic bronchitis", you are also at risk for allergic rhinosinusitis which can trigger headaches/migraines. If it has only been one day there is always a good probability for a viral infection (cold) so treating it conservatively is reasonable with over the counter analgesics and cold/flu medicines like Robitussin or Benadryl (diphenhydramine). ...Read more

Depends which : Disease. Probably depends if it's in a certain classification that's warrants monitoring or not? You need to find out from the Military Health Dept. what classifies or declassifies certain diagnoses. I'm sure they want strong troopers out on the battlefield, not ones that may fall ill fighting, if a battalion needed strength in numbers. But, not everyone's on the front line either. ...Read more
