Not without a cause: Herbal medication to treat a "numbness" of unknown origin is sheer fallacy. Have a MD exam you and run some testing to see WHY you are having the numbness. ...Read more

How effective is neostrata glycolic acid face wash (18%) for grade 2 acne scars? I underwent 30% salicylic acid peel thrice. Not much use. So if the face wash is effective then Please suggest a regimen too.
Forget this stuff: Nothing you can do on your own is going to touch the acne scars. I'm sorry your acne wasn't treated as it should have been, but you do have the option of getting seen by a dermatologist or plastic surgeon who may offer laser work, filler, or microsurgery. Best wishes. ...Read more

It depends on how: Varied your son's diet is. If he eats a variety of food (protein, veggies, fruits, complex carbs) he doesn't need a supplement. If he's a fussy eater, a children's multi-vitamin with iron is sufficient. If he has any medical problems, speak with his pediatrician. Keep in mind that the best way to get nutrients is with a balanced diet, not supplements. Dr. Anne. ...Read more

Effective weight loss is considered to be about 3-5 pounds per month. ...Read more

You may want to assess how much each of them can understand/how much you'd like them to know & sit w/them individually. Allow time for processing & let them ask questions. For someone in their 20s or 30s who is in good health, are annual physicals necessary? If so, why? If not, why not?
Low yield but useful: While the yield is low for finding significant pathology on routine physical examination in young, healthy adults in this age range, this is the age where early detection of breast cancer, heart disease or other potentially sinister maladies may save lives. Your BMI is 29.3: which is considered "overweight." However, you can't SAFELY lose 2 kg a week.
