A different cause: I suspect that there is a different cause for your painful heavy periods with clots (such as fibroids or endometriosis, etc). And you might be anemic from your bleeding. See your doctor and get some testing done. ...Read more

Yeast : I'm so sorry you been suffering with these infections for so long. There are approaches to women with chronic east infection. One is extended administration of diflucan. Another idea is the use of boric acid or gentian violet. Sometimes an elimination diet is helpful. A great book is the v book. Definitely see a specialist in gynecology who can help you with this. ...Read more

Yeast infection: Yes, a yeast infection in your intestinal tract can cause all of those symptoms. Yeast loves sugars and carbs and produce gas when they consume them. Any chronic sinus infection is suspect for having yeast or a fungus as a component. See a doctor if you want an evaluation and treatment.
