Re-evaluate: If you are on medication for high blood pressure there is something not right about your life style. Inflammatory bacteria in your GI tract could be causing high blood pressure and diarrhea. Avoid dairy, wheat, and sugar, and eat 6 small equal meals with a safe grain like quinoa, soaked for 8 hours, rinsed and then cooked, and other low histamine foods. The probiotics, however, have not been formally recommended for patients with IBS yet in the many studies that have been conducted. Low B12: If you have low levels of b12- that needs to be investigated and treated. There is a cause for a low B12 level. Untreated it can lead to irreversible neurologic damage. While the cause can be dietary, there are more serious causes such as pernicious anemia- an autoimmune disease. So i suggest an investigation into why low b12. ...Read more
