Will a vitamin deficiency cause the effect of dizziness when getting out of bed and some lightheaded feeling?
What can constant dizziness be from? I had an ekg, bp, and vitamin deficiency tests, all normal. It's a faint feeling and sometimes a sudden spinning.

If you make this assumption based on a charlatan's website, you'll end up buying something that won't work, and if you complain, you'll be told it was your fault. Different causes: Vitamin d deficiency is mainly due to lack of sunlight (although could also increase skin cancer risk). Vitamin B12 deficiency is more nutritional although it's also associated w/gastric disorders leading to loss of intrinsic factor. High ferritin suggests either infection or lots of iron.
