Yes and no

To have a true period, you can't be pregnant. When you are pregnant, the pregnancy prevents ovulation and menstrual cycles. What can happen is bleeding during a pregnancy mimicking a period. Bleeding does not always indicate a miscarriage and is a fairly common problem. It sounds like you are unsure of a pregnancy, so I'd recommend having a pregnancy test and pelvic exam by your physician.

Depends

You can have spotting and some bleeding and still be pregnant. You should not have a full "period" as this would be the sloughing off of the tissue where the fertilized egg would attach. I would recommend follow up with your healthcare provider for further evaluation.

Yes

Theoretically, a woman can be fertile during her menstrual flow or just after it stops. If it is a 21 day cycle and 7 days of menstrual flow, ovulation probably occurs just after the period and you can get pregnant a few days before ovulation.

Possible

Will depend on the underlying cause of lack of menstrual cycles. If your diagnosis is PCOS, then yes, that may work. You need to start by seeing a reproductive endocrinologist for evaluation.

Anovulatory bleeding

Pregnancy is always on the list of possibilities when a woman has abnormal uterine bleeding or cycles. You may be having anovulatory cycles (cycle without producing an egg from the ovary). If a urine pregnancy test is negative, I would recommend evaluation by your gynecologist, and treatment will depend on the cause of the abnormal bleeding and your current short-term pregnancy goals.

Very unlikely

Ovulation occurs in the middle of your cycle which would be from 10 to 16 days after your first day of your period, and since sperm can't survive more than 5 days pregnancy would be highly unlikely if your cycle is reasonably predictable and this was a normal period.
