Does eating stuff with too much salt cause joints to crack? we had this potluck at my job and then my knee was cracking later, any connections?

R knee pain: Yes. Numbness usually reflects nerve injury, May be meniscal injury, or stress fracture ( though that should hurt more w/walking), or sciatica which can refer to the knee. Have they tried aleve/ibuprofen if they can take NSAIDS? Hand numbness: Could be two separate issues. Hand numbness could be carpal tunnel syndrome and chest pain could be costochondritis (like arthritis). Spine problems or other problems at the junction of the chest and neck could theoretically cause both symptoms, but less likely. Had mri of brain came back abnormal, dr said I have sodium spot on brain. but did not go in to it any further. could this cause numbness in left leg?
White matter diseas?: I'm not sure what a "sodium spot" is, but if you've ever had trouble with your electrolytes before (hyponatremia), then it could be sign of central pontine myelinolysis (CPM) - perhaps a limited type.
