I am 88. Have never done exercise and yestetday did 10 repititions of 6 different exercises with p.T. And now have bad pain. Was this too much exercise?
It sounds like it..: Being 88, you have done a dawn good job already! 10 reps of 6 different exercises to start is quite a bit for an 88 years-young person and feeling achy/sore the next day is certainly expected.
