Wife had no instructions for warfin at discharge xcept not to miss any took 1 a day and had INR of 12 w/ internal bleeding aren't there discharge regs?
On Warfarin - fell and hit head and side.Dr said no internal bleeding - just strained muscle. Can this influence INR as next test not for six weeks ?
