Depending on your age, risk factors, current medication (aspirin, nsaids, anticoagulants can cause bleeding), see your doctor. ...Read more

Yes: Hemorrhoids never go away on their own. They just lie dormant until something irritates them (hard stool or difficulty pushing stool out) and then they can bleed a bit. Hemorrhoids are just like varicose veins (swollen and bleed when irritated). See your doc for an evaluation if bleeding becomes more severe. ...Read more

Constipation is contributory. If it persists, you should be evaluated to be sure there is not another more serious cause. ...Read more

19 years old. Change in bowel habits but go everyday. Sometimes blood on toilet paper from known hemorrhoids. Should I be screened for colon cancer?

Not at this time: The incidence of colorectal cancer is very low under the age of 40, and stats for 19-39 years of age for women are 1/1400 and increase dramatically between age 40-50 to 1/140. Unless you have a strong family history of colorectal cancer, you can relax about that diagnosis for now.
