Those things can,,,: All the things you mentioned can give you many of those symptoms. Vit B12 deficiency especially can do it. Vague headache: Those are pretty vague complaints but never the less very annoying. I would first of all drink a lot of water. 8 glasses of 8 ounces or more a day. This could be dehydration. I would then get my eyes checked. Sometimes a slight loss will not be recognized and will give you vague headaches.
