Many things: I would strongly suggest further evaluation. Persistent low grade fevers aren't normal. Could be something simple like epstein barr infection which causes mono. Or some other infxn. More extreme concern would be more serious infection or blood disorder. As a women worth your symptoms a gynecologic exam is also needed. Most of the concerns can be evaluated with simple blood test or imaging.

Can depression make you sick like headaches, stomach pain, neck pain tired all the time?

Can depression make you sick like headaches, stomach pain, neck pain tired all the time?

Depression: Often depression can manifest in physical symptoms, which should be checked by your GP. If no problems are found by the GP, have you considered psychotherapy? Meds take the edge off symptoms, but by themselves do not solve problems. The real problem solving of emotional issues takes place in the psychotherapist's consulting room.

Constant head, neck, chest, back and stomach pain. Constantly feeling like I'm going to faint and always tired. Have been to doc & ER countless times.

And their findings?: The key to your answer is in the definition of "constant" pain ; fainting. If you are awakening from sleep due to pain, your symptoms don't come ; go but are unchanging ; ever present (or are actually worsening), accompanied by fever, bleeding, wt. Loss, then it's unlikely you have a functional process ; further evaluation is warranted rather than just taking symptom-based medicine. Don't give up!

Go to doctor: This doesn't sound er worthy, but definitely warrants an urgent care evaluation with labs. There are many dangerous conditions that can present this way.

I'm not feeling good at all stomach pain GI can't diagnose today my neck and chest started hurting and my eyes are blurry or pulsing?

Go to the ED.: Though a viral gastrointestinal infection may be the diagnosis, the symptoms such as the neck hurting, blurriness and pulsing eyes may be symptoms of a more serious infection such as an infection of the lining of the central nervous system (a meningitis), or other diagnosis that requires more details of your case.

I am having headaches body aches fatigue neck pain stomach pain and sweats with my 50mg Zoloft (sertraline) shld I take it @ nite vs day? Took first dose this am

Reduce starting dose: This may not necessarily be a side effect of the Zoloft (sertraline)--you may be coming down with a viral illness that is causing the symptoms. Assuming that this IS a series of Zoloft (sertraline) side effects, (entirely possible), I'd try cutting the dose in half for a few days, then increasing the dose if you encounter no problems at the lower dose.

I have neck and back burning and arms and legs burning sensation. I'm always tired. Having a hard time concentrating. Stomach pain and headaches.

Paresthesias: Get an evaluation. You have several symptoms, but they don't all point to one diagnosis. You should have a thorough exam and some routine blood tests. If all of the tests are negative and you still have symptoms, perhaps you have anxiety - get that checked out as well if the tests are normal. Sometimes stress, anxiety, and depression manifest with multiple physical symptoms.

Swollen Glands in neck after taking Glipizide and side and stomach pain and pain in my arms. Should I stop taking it?

Consult doctor: It is not safe to discontinue your medication without discussing it with the doctor who prescribed it. There are enough health issues that you should not engage in do-it-yourself care.

Fever, entire body aches, neck hurts, and mild stomach pain with nausea.. Get sore throat but only at night. What's wrong with me?

Need more info: I'd need lots more info to help on this one. How long have symptoms been there, how high is fever, and exposures or rashes, shot record, etc. This could be strep, could be influenza, possibly mono, other viruses. The list is quite long until more history and an exam done. Would suggest a visit to your doc today before the weekend or alternatively, an urgent care center. Get lots of rest and fluids.
