Bleeding, anemia: Fibroids, also called leiomyomas are benign uterine tumors (not cysts) that can cause pain and heavy bleeding with your periods. If they are causing very heavy periods, this can lead to anemia and the dizziness, lightheadedness, etc you described. They are easily diagnosed with an ultrasound. Hypoglycemia: If oj helps with dizziness and light headedness you probably have hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) causing these symptoms - best way to check would be check your blood sugar during symptoms. Would recommend snacks in between meals. ...Read more
