No, a CT cannot: CAUSE these symptoms. In fact, a CT may HELP DIAGNOSE reasons for dizziness and headache, such as sinusitis. Your doctor is correct that anxiety can cause dizziness and tingling, even without "panic attacks". If you have your CT on a disc, I can explain it to you on HealthTap Concierge healthtap. Bleeding, anemia: Fibroids, also called leiomyomas are benign uterine tumors (not cysts) that can cause pain and heavy bleeding with your periods. If they are causing very heavy periods, this can lead to anemia and the dizziness, lightheadedness, etc you described. They are easily diagnosed with an ultrasound. See your ob/gyn for this. Dizziness almost everyday lightheadedness feeling like fainting it's been 6yrs. Head and neck MRIs, blood test, urinalysis were normal. What can it be?

EEG: Episodes of light hotheadedness are occasionally due to epilepsy and acephalgic migraine. In both cases the EEG is often abnormal (H response with photic flash and abnormal response to hyperventilation with acephalgic migraine with aura) Other reasons for "fainting" include dysautonmia due to neuropathy) No sure why an MRI was performed with your history) Did you see a neurologist? Under right jaw I have lump. When I look to the right downward, and turn head upright I feel lightheaded, dizzy. Lymph under arm and neck tender, causes?

Lump a concern: I suspect the lump and the dizziness are unrelated. The combined movements of your head which you describe might make anybody dizzy by slightly compromising the blood flow in your neck. This is not particularly concerning. However, lumps need attention and if it persists for a week or so, along with the tenderness, see your doctor for evaluation, especially if it seems to be enlarging. Good wishes Read more

What could cause me to feel dizzy every month 3 days after my period ends? I do have a history of thyroid problems.

What could cause me to feel dizzy every month 3 days after my period ends? I do have a history of thyroid problems.

Odds are you have: Orthostatic hypotension and fluid lost during your menstrual cycle results in low intravascular volume and exacerbation of hypotension. This is unrelated to your thyroid. Take your blood pressure daily during your cycle and for a week after to confirm. If you find your blood pressure is low after your cycle then try drinking lots of fluids during and after to see if this helps. Read more

Many possibilities: The possible causes of such symptoms are many. Not enough information is available to give you specific advice. Are you having vertigo?
