VERTIGO W/U: Vertigo W/U must be very through. You need full exam&Labs. Especially focused NEURO exam to check for nystagmus. If it appears Post-Viral or BPV. A short course of steroids may help. If you are lightheaded I would recommend seeing a doctor. Vertigo will usually resolvs on its own after a week or so but see a doctor if it continues.
