Is one or two white spots on my tonsils that come and go prob crypts/tonsil stones? Is thrush usually more spots and spread out?

Tonsilliths : What is recurring on the tonsils are tonsilliths. They occur when food gets stuck in a cyprus and then it gets broken down then it hardens which cause it to get very stinky.
