No: Fortunately, or unfortunately, depending on your desired outcome, you cannot will your period to stay away. While stress can play a role in delay in period, it has to typically be physiological stress, as opposed to worry. If you're worried you might be pregnant, and you're late for period, take a test. If it has been at least that long since your last unprotected sex, and you still don't get a real period or a positive test, then you may want to ask your doctor for an evaluation for your late period. Hi. Can you help me to identify if im pregnant? Now, dec 16 2014 im 8days delayed. My last period is nov 8, ?

Pregnancy test?: Are pregnancy tests available in pharmacies in the Philippines? If so, that's the best way to determine if you're pregnant. Other signs of pregnancy (nausea, breast tenderness, sensitivity to strong food odors, constipation and and frequent urination) are also signs, but they are less reliable than a urine pregnancy test. Best wishes. I hope your family wasn't affected by the recent typhoon.

Could be either: You should take a pregnancy test. You might be pregnant. If your test is negative then its just a delay. If you don't get your period soon you should see a doctor.

I am 1 week delayed, Iwas confined last sept.11 due to DHF II, my last period was last august 22. is it possible that I am pregnant?

What is: DHF II? Anytime a young woman's period is late by more than 1 week, check a pregnancy test. If that is negative, check it again 1 week later unless your period restarted. Don't be satisfied that you are not pregnant until you have had at least 2, preferably 3, consecutive negative tests. Or positive one :)

I'm one month delay and now im in period it is possible that im pregnant?

I'm one month delay and now im in period it is possible that im pregnant?

No, but...: If a woman has her NORMAL regular menstrual period, she is presumed not pregnant. If she thinks she is pregnant, then doing a home urine pregnancy test one week after missing her normal period, one week after getting an "strange or abnormal" period, or 3 weeks after having sex, should give a very accurate result.

Period delayed, taking too many medications, had protected sex could I be pregnant?

Period delayed, taking too many medications, had protected sex could I be pregnant?

Yes: If you have sex, you can get pregnant. Condoms are 82-98% effective at preventing pregnancy. The reason they are not 100% is because they break, sometimes they have tiny holes in them that you can't see. Sometimes they slip off during intercouse, the list goes on and on. Bottom line is this, abstinence is the only way to prevent unwanted pregnancy. Go and see your doctor for evaluation.
