Can They Put A Cast On Your Thumb If It Is Broken
Is it possible that i could be put in a cast because I've had thumb pain after a fall 11 weeks ago. My rcl is hurting still. Any ideas?

Probably: It sounds like you had a thumb spica cast (the cast extends to include your thumb) placed, and now you're wiggling your thumb inside the cast? Presumably you sustained a fracture of the metacarpal, which should be well protected inside the cast, so wiggling the thumb a little is fine. Varies: Scaphoid fractures are often difficult to fully assess with X-ray. Often a ct scan or MRI is used if someone has persistent pain and X-rays look ok.
