Check blood pressure: Mild dengue and influenza have many of the same symptoms and are treated the same way. Fever, headaches, muscle aches. Often influenza has cough & runny nose which are not found in dengue. Use Acetaminophen not Ibuprofen to treat symptoms if you suspect dengue.
