Would you bleed after taking the abortion pill if they thought you might have a ectopic pregnancy and if you did bleed does that mean it worked?
If they thought you had a ectopic pregnancy and you took the abortion pill would the pill work if it was ectopic?

Statistically I wouldn't make a decision based on these 2 forms of birth control vis-v-vis ectopic given how little influence they would have. IUDs are very safe and a lot more effective at preventing pregnancy than the mini-pill. ...Read more

You can take an early pregnancy test to be sure you are not pregnant, however i think it is due to the hormonal changes. Call or see your doctor for further questions or concerns. ...Read more

Probably not.: Although cesarean sections have many adverse implications for future reproduction, increasing the risk of ectopic pregnancies is not one of them. I am not aware of any good data to prove a link with ectopics, though. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
Minimal risk factor: Any pelvic surgery can increase the risk of an ectopic if any tubal damage is involved or if there are multiple adhesions (scar tissue). Like anyone else, if you have an early pregnancy and experience any pain with or without bleeding, check with your doc asap. You can also ask your doc how your tubes looked at c-section, (for peace of mind). Prior ectopic is a larger risk factor. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
