Stress (Definition)

Stress affects most people in some way. Acute (sudden, short-term) stress leads to rapid changes throughout the body. Chronic (long-term) stress can have real health consequences and should be addressed like any other health concern. Help please? What is rhodiola stress relief used for?

Rhodiola rosea: I can't comment on the specific product made by this company in terms of its quality. Homeopathy with a trained homeopath may help also. ...Read more

Tension release by mega foods combines these & is safe. Also kava stress relief by yogi tea. The longer you steep this tea (it also has nice spices in it) the stronger it gets, though. Milky oats is another -- like nature's xanax (alprazolam) & not habituating. ...Read more
