It occurs in areas where there are lots of sebaceous glands, such as the face back and chest. Topical Rx: If this is acne from glucocorticoids prescribed for illness, your physician might write for topical clindamycin, a pretty good non-irritating antibiotic. If this is from gym steroids, standard acne treatment by your physician, and I do need to remind you that gym steroids are illegal and that most women prefer a naturally fit man.
