Avoid soy: Soy "milk" is highly processed and is not good to consume - by anybody. You didn't mention how old your son is. If he is an infant he needs a properly balanced substitute if you can't breast feed him. If older he may not even need milk. You may want to consider goat milk if cow dairy is giving him problems. Infant constipation. We have tried prune juice oatmeal and soy milk and nothing is working. Can we use a stool softener and what foods to avoid.
