Unpredeictable: As your age is 22, after reaching 198, you are predisposed to Cardiac arrythmias, instead of normal heart beat,,, abnormal unhealthy heart contractions appear which can potentially make the heart to go to arrest. Again heart does not follow rules. It happen at lower rates too and dont happen eve at higher rates. But its not recommended to go beyond 200-Age. ...Read more

Not always: Some people can experience mild heart attacks with little or no effect on their heart rate or blood pressure and also at times no pain especially if they have conditions like diabetes as well.Really need ECG and blood studies to confirm heart attack. Not necessarily: If the heart attack is huge, the heart will not pump effectively and blood will not circulate normally, causing a low oxygen saturation.
