Can snapping triceps syndrome be fixed?

Yes.: Snapping triceps is a relativelyuncommoncondition that occurs when the distal portion of the triceps dislocates over the medial or lateral epicondyle of the elbow, during flexion or extension. Usually the ulnar nerve is involved as well. Avoid activity that aggravates itm (e.g. Pushups & weight lifting) and take nsaids. If symptoms persist, surgery can help.

No: ' Snapping triceps ' in my experience is rare, usually associated w/ ulnar nerve (funny bone) subluxation, and most often, unilateral. Best advice is to get a thorough examination by a sports medicine trained ORS. Commonly, 'snapping triceps' occurs later in extension of the elbow (110 degrees), whereas ulnar n.'snapping' @ 75degrees)... (earlier before full extension).exam is the key. GL!

What do you suggest if I use to not have this problem but when I do any form of bench prees I only feel it in my triceps. Why?

Try widening grip: Possibly your grip on the bar is too 'narrow', therefore you are working your triceps more than your pecs. Try widening your grip on the bar (w/ a spotter of course) and see if you don't feel more contribution from your pecs. Flys and incline 'barrel' free wt. Presses can work your pecs also.
