Maybe, but?: Those symptoms are not typical of sinus problems. The numbness and tingling are more of a concern and especially with your tongue involved as well since those structures are not connected. Lets review your que: How long have you had the lump on your neck? Is it tender? Has it enlarged?
Do you have a headache? is it similar to your migraines? Neck pain can cause a headache. I am not sure the vomiting is related to the lump. Is the vomiting a few episodes or a lot? And diarrhea? abdominal pain/fever/sorethroat/myalgias?

Either drink water and juice and take allergy and sinus medication.
