Been diagnosed w gallstones, been having severe pain in my abdomen & scheduled 4 a HIDA scan, will that determine if the pain is due to gallbladder?

Probably not : 4 CT seems excessive. And if you or your doctor is thinking gallbladder then ultrasound is the method of choice as is a CCK Hida scan.
