Sounds serious...: When a person loses control of the bladder, but was fine before... that's a problem. When combined with neurological symptoms in the legs or lower back, it becomes an emergency. In such a situation, one should get an immediate evaluation to see if there is something pressing on the spinal cord, which could lead to permanent paralysis. Occasional lower back ache. My butt feels like it cramps. Both legs get cramp like pain on and off in calves and feet.Occasional numbness. Causes?
