Iud moved. Arm pushing against uterus. Was fine b4 but now I feel I have 2 pee always w constant pressure, bleeding, dizzy, low Back pain. Uti or iud?
IUd vs uti: Could be either. Does the back pain just under the ribs in the back? Does your urine smell, are you running a fever? These are all signs of an infection. You can always call your physician and get a script for a uti to see if the problem clears up. If it does not clear up, then you need to be seen. I am sure the obgyn can do an ultrasound to check the position of the IUD later. Good luck
