Wait: I'd recommend that you try some antihistamine eye drops (Zaditor ™) Claritin ™ or Benadryl (diphenhydramine) ™, & cool compresses first before seeing evaluation at a quick care center. Also, if, after a few days, your symptoms are substantially better, then this may just be what you thought along, ie., allergies. The fluid sac will lessen. Too dry in room?: Is there alot of heat in your toom that is drying the air out. If so, you want to get a humidifier. If you do not itch during the day, it is probably not allergies.
