Unlikely: The tetracyclines were used many years ago for a variety of infections as one of the earlier effective antibiotics. By 30 years ago most understood that they could stain teeth if used while the teeth were forming & quit using them for kids under 8-10yrs. No: Don't try to figure out why you are getting acne. It is never helpful. Be glad you have a relationship -- I am happy for you . Use topical benzoyl peroxide twice a day or else retinitis acid or a salicylic acid wash. Eventually you will outgrow it -- I was able to stop using medicines when I was 50.
