Can Pushing On Your Chest Cause Heart
What would cause a pain in left chest just above breast to the left of sternum? Feels like someone pushing down with two fingers. Doc says heart ok.
What causes constant chest/rib tightness? Started after having anxiety/panic attacks. Been to ER many times and PCP all say my heart is fine. There's some cracking I push down on the sternum but no pain. Just tight. What could it be and how to treat?

I've done allot of tests still can't find out what's wrong. If I feel tightness and fullness my chest especially when I do nothing and cardio I feel like I have to push harder to feel my beat. Can someone tell me which doctor to see? Lung? Heart?

First of all:
It sound like you bruised your ribs (and possibly displaced the cartilages which attach those ribs to your sternum (breastbone)
Secondly what's a 31 year old doing sliding down water slides...your bones are not as flexible as a child's!!!!

I'm getting a buzzing felling in my chest aswell as my heart rate was going between 49 to 55 is this a cause for alarm?
Low heart rate?:
This is probably a feeling from the muscles on your chest. What's unusual is that your heart rate is a little low. Do you exercise a lot?
The buzzing is not really suspicious. If this is your normal heart rate and you do not do a lot of cardiovascular exercise, a screening EKG is a good idea.
