What causes constant chest/rib tightness? Started after having anxiety/panic attacks. Been to ER many times and PCP all say my heart is fine. There's some cracking I push down on the sternum but no pain. Just tight. What could it be and how to treat?

Low heart rate?: This is probably a feeling from the muscles on your chest. What's unusual is that your heart rate is a little low. Do you exercise a lot?

The buzzing is not really suspicious. If this is your normal heart rate and you do not do a lot of cardiovascular exercise, a screening EKG is a good idea.
