My psychiatrist just increased my Prozac (fluoxetine) from 20 to 40 mg today. How likely are side effects, especially seizures?

I take Prozac 10mg a day and Valium 15mg a day. Doc just added Wellbutrin (bupropion) to try, 150mg XL. Should I worry of seizures? Could this help panicidsorder?
Take many meds like tegretol and Prozac. I have very vivid dreams is this a side effect of seizure/anxiety meds? If yes why do the crazy dreams happen

Was rxed tramadol for chest pains at ER yesterday. I stopped taking Prozac (fluoxetine) over 2 weeks ago.would I still be at risk for serotonin syndrome or seizure?
Not likely: Prozac (fluoxetine) usually clears from the body by two weeks. You are not likely to experience serotonin syndrome at this time. Tramadol by itself, however, can lower the seizure threshold making you at risk to have a seizure. If you are not taking it on an ongoing basis, you are safe. Hope this helps. Will decreasing prozac (fluoxetine) from 80 to 60mg cause withdrawal? On PZ for OCD 3 mnths total, at 80 only for 1 mnth. No S/E at 60, lots persisting at 80

Was on celexa for 13 years. Titrated to Prozac (fluoxetine) but caused bad side effects. Can I go back to celexa and be normal again or will it not work the same?
Data not available: The only ssri for which we have such data is prozac (fluoxetine). If a person has been on Prozac (fluoxetine) and it failed to work and they stopped it, then there was a 90% chance of it working when it was readministered.
