No: Unless you are having a reaction to the lubricant which damages tissue leading to secondary infection it will not cause yeast infection. This is very common and predisposed to by antibiotic use, diabetes, immune deficiencies, contamination by a sexual partner, and sometimes just happens. No: I am not exactly sure what you mean by safe, but sex while you have a yeast infection may exacerbate the infection. The spermicide on condoms will not do much about the yeast, but it will kill some of the normal vaginal bacteria so that will make the vagina even more inviting for yeast. ...Read more
