Probiotics: are good bacteria but need to be introduced gradually into our system or we can have GI symptoms. They may overstimulate ones immune system. Please see doctor before starting probiotics. Having nausea&bloating on/off for months. no other symptoms.diet is good. others docs say acid reflux & told me take probiotic. sometimes doesn't help?
