Usually the opposite: Clndamycin's a strong antibiotic, and can cause diarrhea in people at high doses. Usually constipation is caused from not hydrating well, or possibly diet related if you don't have enough fiber in your diet, or eat enough vegetables. So, start there, and work backwards to determine what makes your constipation worse/better. Probiotics: are good bacteria but need to be introduced gradually into our system or we can have GI symptoms. They may overstimulate ones immune system. Please see doctor before starting probiotics. Since starting a new probiotic I have been feeling very anxious a couple hrs after. Could a probiotic cause this? Is it reason to stop taking it?
Perhaps indirectly: There is evidence that probiotics can help reduce anxiety. I haven't heard of them causing anxiety but perhaps they're killing yeast and unfriendly bacteria in your gut and you're experiencing a "die-off" or Jarisch-Herxheimer reaction.
