Is it safe for a pregnant woman to ride in a car when she is 3 months pregnant! We are going to texas but will be stopping for break every 4 hours?
Travel: There is a risk for anyone who takes a long distance car ride of developing clots in their lower extremities . I highly suggest using support / compression hose , keeping the legs elevated if possible and stopping every 2 hours to walk around . Try to massage the calf .
