Can allergies from post nasal drip cause voice box to swell. In 2 month ent go do Barium swallow and allergy eating if no better but I not hoarse?
You have had laryngeal irritation from ACID REFLUX and you are taking Protonix (pantoprazole) for these symptoms! This is not "really" an allergy and your post nasal drip is a different issue (Flonase is being prescribed for that!

Possible: Or rather LPR, laryngopharyngeal reflux, that's when the stomach acid reaches the throat in GERD.
