Hi I have been spotting for a week I bleed after intercourse and I'm still spotting now I gave blood clots is this pms r something serious?

Having brest pain. Not severe, but bothering. Only left and the same part. This is my first experience. Is this a part of pms? How can I ease pain?

PMS: It could be either or. If your symptoms are exclusive to the time of your menstrual bleed it may be an element of pms. If you have symptoms throughout the month however they worsen at the time of your menstrual bleed, then it may be something more serious.
