Not seen that but...: I am not aware of leg twitches as being part of the complaints seen in patients with true piriformis syndrome. Pain, numbness, tingling, difficulties with ambulaton are the predominant symptoms reported as well as weakness in the leg. In women pain on sexual relations can also be seen.
