Depends on the test: The serum tests are pretty good (even off glut), not perfect. Was intestinal biopsy examined? I'm interested to know why your primary doc says you have it. I suspect you have a clear/obvious change in symptoms depending on good trials on and off gluten. Gluten intolerance, unrelated to celiac disease and to food allergy, exists as a separate phenomenon.
