I have been on topomax for approx 2 years for migraines/severe headaches. I've noticed that my short term memory has not been so great, is it S/E?

Having thoughts in my head, using screens, and reading cause severe headaches on the right side of my head . Any idea(s) why this is happening/cures?
One sided headache: A common cause of the one-sided headache is a migraine. That causes throbbing or a sense of pressure on one side, usually it lasts for hours or days, and it can be associated with light sensitivity or nausea. Is it different?: So sorry to hear :(. It's the most severe, but is it scaring you? If it's the most severe but otherwise it feels like "your headaches," you might not need to go to the ED. But if it feels unlike your typical headaches, you'll need to be evaluated ASAP. ED's are bad places for migraine patients since they're loud and the lights are bright.
