Infection: I suggest you have it checked out by a medical professional. It sounds like you may have a urine infection. The surrounding irritation might respond to ointment depending on what it looks like.

Could be diabetes: All your symptoms fit the classic inital presentation of diabetes, but there could be another metabolic cause. Diabetes can present with the 3ps. Can you say if it could it cause frequent urination if I don't shake the dribbles off after I pee?

Can you say if it could it cause frequent urination if I don't shake the dribbles off after I pee?

Post Void Dribbling: Post void dribbling (pvd) results from incomplete contraction of the muscles around the urethra (urine channel). This results in urine that, with movement, can leak out. This leakage is not an indication of overactive bladder and will not lead to frequency of urination. With a kegel squeeze leftover urine can be passed. Milking the urethra from behind the scrotum forward can also expel it.
