Healed?: I'm not sure what you mean by "healed". Ovarian teratomas do not appear and then disappear. If you had a teratomas, you still have it. Unlikely: I believe in miracles but this would be highly unlikely and unexpected. With the ovary gone on the left and no direct connection from the right it would be near impossible for an egg from your right ovary to find its way into the uterus for implantation and fertilization.
